موكروغوريا الأردن تدشّن أعمالها رسمياً وتطلق مرحلة جديدة من تطوير الكفاءات التي تقود نمو الأعمال

 دشّنت موكروغوريا الأردن أعمالها رسمياً خلال حفل إطلاق أُقيم في فندق الريتز-كارلتون عمّان، تحت رعاية معالي الأستاذ الدكتور وليد المعاني، إيذاناً ببدء أعمالها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ومحطة مهمة في مسيرة توسع موكروغوريا نحو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

 

ويأتي الإطلاق الرسمي استكمالاً لاتفاقية الشراكة التي وُقعت في صربيا بين موكروغوريا وشركة مايجريت، ليقدّم إلى الأردن نموذجاً عملياً للتعليم في مجال الأعمال يتمحور حول تطوير الكفاءات، وينطلق من التحديات الفعلية التي تواجه الأفراد والمؤسسات، ويحوّل التعلم إلى معرفة قابلة للتطبيق وتقدم يمكن قياسه.

 

وشهد حفل الإطلاق سلسلة من الجلسات القيادية تحت عنوان “مستقبل القيادة في عالم الأعمال”، بمشاركة نخبة من القيادات والخبرات من القطاعين العام والخاص وقطاعي التعليم والثقافة، لمناقشة أبرز العوامل التي تسهم في إعداد قيادات ومؤسسات قادرة على مواكبة متطلبات المستقبل.

 

وتناول معالي الأستاذ الدكتور وليد المعاني دور السياسات العامة والتعليم وتنمية رأس المال البشري في إعداد القيادات والمؤسسات للمستقبل.كما تناول السيد ليث القاسم، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة Arabian Business Consultants for Development (ABCD)، دور ريادة الأعمال والابتكار والتنمية الاقتصادية، وأهمية الفكر الريادي وتطوير القطاع الخاص في بناء قيادات مستعدة للمستقبل ودفع عجلة النمو الاقتصادي المستدام.

 

وتحدثت معالي الدكتورة هيفاء النجار، وزيرة الثقافة والعين في مجلس الأعيان، عن دور التعليم والثقافة وتنمية الشباب والتعلم المستمر في بناء قيادات قادرة على التكيف، تتمتع بالكفاءة والرؤية والقدرة على إحداث أثر.

 

وستدعم موكروغوريا الأردن المهنيين ورواد الأعمال والقيادات والفرق والمؤسسات من خلال التعلم القائم على تبادل المعرفة، والبرامج التي يقدمها أصحاب الخبرات في مجال الاعمال، ومجتمع صُمم لتعزيز التعاون والنمو. وتتمحور برامجها حول خمس احتياجات أساسية، هي: المهارات، والمسار المهني، وشبكة العلاقات، والفريق، ونمو الأعمال. وتجمع هذه الشراكة بين منهجية موكروغوريا المطوّرة عالمياً ومعرفة مايجريت بالأسواق المحلية وخبرتها التشغيلية وشبكة علاقاتها الإقليمية، بما يضمن ارتباط برامج الأكاديمية بالخبرات الدولية واستجابتها المباشرة لأولويات الشركات مجتمع الأعمال في الأردن.

Mokrogoria Jordan Officially Launches Operations, Advancing Human-Centered Business Education in Jordan

 

Official inauguration in Amman marks the start of locally led programs connected to Mokrogoria's global network.

 

Amman, Jordan – 27 September 2026 – Mokrogoria Jordan officially inaugurated its operations during a launch ceremony held at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Walid Maani, marking the beginning of its work in the Kingdom and an important step in Mokrogoria’s expansion into the Middle East.

 

The official launch follows the partnership agreement signed in Serbia between Mokrogoria and Migrate. It brings to Jordan a practical, human-centered model of business education that begins with the real challenges facing people and organizations and translates learning into applicable knowledge and measurable progress.

 

A key part of the launch was a series of Leadership Talks under the theme “Shaping the Future of Business Leadership,” bringing together distinguished leaders from the public, private, education, and cultural sectors to share perspectives on the capabilities and approaches needed to prepare leaders and organizations for the future.

 

H.E. Prof. Walid Maani addressed the role of public policy, education, and human capital development in preparing leaders and organizations for the future. Mr. Laith Al Qasem, Chairman of Arabian Business Consultants for Development (ABCD), explored entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development, highlighting how entrepreneurial thinking and private-sector development can contribute to building future-ready leaders and driving sustainable economic growth.

 

H.E. Dr. Haifa Al Najjar, Minister of Culture and Senator, addressed the role of education, culture, youth development, and lifelong learning in shaping capable, adaptable, and purpose-driven leaders.

 

Mokrogoria Jordan will support professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, teams, and organizations through experience-based learning, practitioner-led programs, and a community designed to encourage knowledge exchange, collaboration, and growth.
