Last Friday Jadara University signed a memorandum of understanding along with the Arab-Turkish Institute for Economic and Strategic Cooperation, headquartered in the Turkish capital, Ankara. The memorandum was signed by Jadara University's Acting President, Professor Dr. Habis Al-Zubon, and the Director of the Institute and President of the Association, Dr. Mohammed Al-Adel. The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages at Jadara University, Professor Dr. Ihsan Al-Ruba'i.
This memorandum was signed on the sidelines of the international conference in which Jadara University participated at Kutahya University in Turkey.
On another note, Professor Dr. Habis Al-Zubon, with the company of Professor Dr. Ihsan Al-Ruba'i, met with the Vice President of Kutahya University. They discussed areas of mutual cooperation between the two intitutions. Additionally, Al-Zubon met with the President of the EMID WORLD International Conference, Dr. Niaz Berkat, and presented him with a shield of appreciation from Jadara for his role in organizing the conference and its success.
Furthermore, during his meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Kutahya University, Al-Zubon discussed avenues of collaboration and networking between the Business College in Jadara and the Economics Faculty at Kutahya University.
On another occasion, accompanied by Dr. Al-Ruba'i, Al-Zubon visited the Faculty of Arts and Design at Kutahya University. There, they met with the Dean, who provided a comprehensive explanation of the college and its departments. A joint meeting followed, during which they agreed on a roadmap for mutual cooperation between the two sides, including the exchange of visits by faculty members and students, and the possibility of offering scholarships for doctoral studies to graduates in the field of design and visual communication at Jadara University. At the end of the meeting, both parties exchanged commemorative shields.
