In the presence of Dr. Shukri Al-Marashdeh, the President of the Board of Directors of Jadara University and its General Manager, as part of Jadara University's activities at the QS World Summit in Malaysia, Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Bashiti, the Deputy President of the University, representing Jadara University, signed an agreement with Putra University in Malaysia. Putra University holds a prestigious position in the QS Ranking at 135 globally. The agreement aims to establish a Master's program in Software Engineering and a Ph.D. program in Software Engineering. The agreement was signed on behalf of Putra University by Prof. Dr. Rozali Yaakob, the Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology. The signing ceremony was attended by the Director of the American University Schools in the Middle East, Dr. Manal Ibrahim, Prof. Dr. Bilal Al-Zuqayba, the Assistant President of the University for Quality and International Projects, Dr. Saleh Al-Omari, the Deputy Dean of the College of Science and Information Technology. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Mohammed, the Deputy Dean of Graduate Studies, and Dr. Azura, the Coordinator of Graduate Studies were present representing Malaysian Putra University.
 
Al-Bashiti presented a comprehensive overview of Jadara University, its features, achievements, and facilities provided to support the current and newly established programs. Dr. Rozali praised the academic, research, and scientific reputation of Jadara University, welcoming this collaboration between the two universities and the establishment of the Master's and Ph.D. programs in Software Engineering at Jadara University in collaboration with Putra University.
 
It was emphasized that all requirements for establishing the two programs will be prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education to obtain the necessary approvals.
 
Al-Bashiti pointed out that the opening of these programs allows students interested in completing their higher education in these programs, especially employees, to join them without the need to resign or take leave from their work, enabling ambitious students to achieve their goals.
 
The two teams agreed to communicate and exchange visits to directly assess the facilities of both universities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and collaborate in the areas of supervision, student exchange, faculty, and scientific research, among others.
