- Jadara University, America
 Schools for the Middle East, and the European Board for Science and Development in Germany, represented by Heumann Restart, have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance their cooperation across various academic aspects. This signing took place on the sidelines of the Ninth International Conference on German Accreditation in Education, Training, and Employment, part of the 2023 International Program in line with European Union standards, hosted in Berlin.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Shukri Al-Marashdeh, Chairman of Jadara University's Board of Directors, Vice President Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Basheti, Director of the E-Learning Center Prof. Dr. Bilal Al-Zaqebah, and Dr. Manal Ibrahim, Director of the American Schools in the Middle East. Representing the European side were Dr. Yusuf Al-Anzan, CEO, Mr. Ahmed Saeed, Executive Director, Prof. Dr. Matthias Drozdl on behalf of the President of HOF University, and Dr. Maximilian Daiber, Director of Foreign Affairs and Training.

Dr. Al-Marashdeh discussed employment opportunities for Jadara University graduates in Germany, focusing on teaching the German language to students through the Language Center and the potential establishment of a nursing program with German support. Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Basheti introduced the diverse programs, centers, and departments at the university that support the learning process. She highlighted the university's aspiration to teach German at an advanced level, ensuring that students acquire the knowledge and skills in line with the German job market requirements.

The memorandum of understanding aims to provide German language education at Jadara University, enabling proficient students to pursue employment in Germany upon graduation and passing the required exams, especially graduates of respiratory and intensive care, medical laboratory sciences, and medical analysis specialties. It will also offer German language courses for the local community through the Consultation, Training, and Community Service Center. Dr. Manal Ibrahim discussed with the German side the accreditation mechanism for American Schools in the Middle East programs and how to prepare students for German programs by introducing German language courses for those interested during their school years.

The agreement encompasses providing employment opportunities for Jadara University graduates who meet German employment criteria, executing the German quality and accreditation project, exchanging teaching staff, collaborating in supervising and reviewing master's theses, conducting scientific research, becoming members of the European Arab Council for Sustainable Development, establishing joint bachelor's and master's programs in various nursing specialties, harmonizing teaching plans to align with Jordan and Germany's requirements.
