Under the patronage of HRH Prince Assem bin Nayef, and in the presence of HRH Princess Sana Asem, HRH Prince Nayef bin Asim, a large number of state officials, their excellencies, happiness and kindness, the Saudi ambassador, the Chargé d'Affairs of the Iraqi ambassador to Amman, His Excellency Eng. Issa al-Kuwari, President of the Arab Authority for Renewable Energy, and many owners of interested local and international companies In the renewable energy sector, the Arab Renewable Energy Authority, with Arab and international participation, organized the Seventh International Forum for Investment in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency.

His Excellency the President of Jadara University, a member of the Board of Elders of the Arab Renewable Energy Authority, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Taleb Obeidat, and His Excellency Dr. Shukri Al Marashdh, the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Jadara University, participated in the forum’s activities; Jadara University was also included among the supporting institutions of the forum, which was held in partnership with it.

In his speech, Obeidat praised the great efforts made by His Highness Prince Asim bin Nayef to advance the work of the Arab Renewable Energy Authority, and the interest of His Highness the Prince, and if it indicates anything, it indicates the insight of his vision, and to look forward to the future map on renewable energy, which is represented in the transition to Green energy, energy efficiency, smart cities, smart grids, green hydrogen, and sustainability, as well as innovative agricultural patterns, energy management, electric vehicles, and clean energy. He said that today in Jordan we are looking forward to putting our dear country on the map of renewable energy, and we are noticing the prosperity and development in the field of energy in Jordan.

He added that we at Jadara University are proud that the university today has 2 gigabytes of solar energy, in addition to the international ranking in green energy that the university obtained; He also called for Arab support to be reflected on the citizen for renewable energy, and focused on the need to invest in the triangle of energy, water, and food; Obeidat confirmed on his Highness the message of civil society organizations working in renewable energy towards green and clean energy, energy efficiency, smart cities, electric vehicles, and others.

Dr. Shukri Al Marashdh indicated in his speech, in which he said, after welcoming His Highness, the sponsor of the ceremony and the attendees, that I am honored
 As an investor in the private sector; the education sector, I would like to speak to you in this opening session of the Seventh International Investment Forum for Renewable Energy and its Efficiency in order to come up with practical recommendations to provide Arab economies with sustainable energy solutions in an effort to support economic and social growth while preserving the health of the planet and the environment for future generations, with the development of indicators for investment. Successful energy that contributes to increasing the financial resources allocated for investment in renewable energy.

Al-Marashdh added that today we need to accelerate the transition to clean energy to contribute to the development of a safe environment for future generations, where renewable energy sources are everywhere around us at the lowest cost, while maintaining health, creating job opportunities and with economically viable investments. We extend our hands in the private sector to contribute to the success of renewable energy programs and investment in them.

In conclusion, the Governorship of Jadara University presented the university's shield and a souvenir to His Highness Prince Asim bin Nayef, and presented souvenirs to Their Highnesses Princess Sana Assem and Prince Nayef bin Asim.

The university governor also presented the university’s shield to His Excellency Eng. Issa bin Hilal Al-Kuwari, President of the Arab Authority for Renewable Energy.
